Gaspard Yurkievich

Gaspard Yurkievich created his company in 1998 when, after winning the Festival de Hyères in 1997, his first Prêt-à-Porter Women’s collection was unveiled in Paris. Since then, he has an uninterrupted presence in the Parisian Fashion scene and has expanded with the launch of the Men’s Prêt-à-Porter in 2003 and its first Women’s shoes collection in 2004. Gaspard’s sensibility, though of utmost and extreme modernity, has its deep origin in the history of Parisian elegance as he designs sophisticated clothes and accessories referring to the Couture heritage of Paris, yet without ever being nostalgic, and his style reflects together a cosmopolitan and a modern spirit, illustrated by ultra-feminine cuts and extraordinary combinations of fabrics. The Men’s collection presents a re-interpretation of classic tailoring with a twist of modernity and covers all functions, casual or business, of the modern gentleman’s garde robe.
